Meet the Innkeepers
Patty and Suzy Homer, “The Sisters”, grew up on the east coast. Living in the northeast most of their early adulthood, they were very familiar with and appreciated the inns and bed and breakfasts that were scattered throughout the small towns in New England.
After more than 30 years working and consulting in finance and HR, Suzy and Patty took several years off to enjoy a quieter life and pursue their interests of playing golf, entertaining, cooking, and reading. Patty’s entrepreneurial spirit continued, however, and in 2016 posed the question to her sister, “what would you think about owning and running a bed and breakfast”?
The rest they say is history and after 2 years of research and inquiry, visiting more than 40+ towns, and exploring even more inns than towns visited, they found the perfect property in Savannah located at 109 West Liberty Street.
Savannah is a small manageable city, rich in history and natural beauty, very similar to where the sisters grew up as children. Walking in Savannah is always a pleasure and there is so much to see around the squares and the streets lined with moss-draped oak trees. Many of the restaurants serve world-class cuisine and the people are friendly exuding warm southern hospitality. Savannah offers something for everyone, from antique shops and upscale boutiques to golf courses, beaches, and the riverfront. From historic landmarks, museums, and churches to restored homes, architecture and ghost lore. Savannah’s unique culture and ambiance make it one of the most romantic destinations to visit. We invite you to visit us and experience first-hand our fondness for Savannah!
